Canyon Zen has a 15 days return policy from the date of your purchase on any of our items. For the refund to be processed, the following conditions apply.

Electronic Diffusers:

The diffuser has to be unused, undamaged and return in its original package along with all of the accessories. If you have tested the diffuser with water only, we will accept the return.

Jewelry Diffusers:

We understand to like or to dislike a piece of jewelry it has to be tried on. As long as the jewelry was tried on without the use of the oils, you can ship it back in its original package with all of the accessories.

Essential Oils:

You are able to return any bottle of essential oils as long as the bottle is unopened and the security seal is unbroken. If you have bought the 13 essential oils sampler pack or any of the kit, you can return it as long as all of the bottles are unopened, and the security seal unbroken.

Merchandise:

Unused, not stained, and undamaged merchandise can be return.

Parts:

The parts have to be returned unused and undamaged.

Candles:

We accept return, exchange or refund if the candles are not used. The tealight sells as a package of 8 and should not be used and the pack must be complete.

Once Canyon Zen has received your return, we will process the refund to the original form of payment you used for the order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be back to your account. Thank you.
