Bruises synergy blend from Canyon Zen is made of 8 different essential oils, made to help heal the skin and the cells.
As you can see on the pictures, on the first one with the date of March 8th the bruise was still developing, was very tender and started to turn yellow. The second picture dated March 11th, the tenderness was gone and the bruise was healing very quickly and the last picture dated March 12th, the bruise was gone. The feedback we got was that the bruise usually is present for about 2 weeks and using our blend, it was gone within 4 days. It was used pure on the skin, 1 to 2 drops every 1 to 2 hours and once more before bedtime and let the skin absorb the oil. You can always dilute it 50/50 with a carrier oil like jojoba, sweet almond or any other oils you want to use for your skin type, or you can follow the Essential Oils Dilution Guide below.

Lavender
Relieves pain and inflammation and helps to bring relaxation and calm, and can reduce bruising appearance

Frankincense
Is recommended for reducing bruise appearance and size more quickly. Its anti-inflammatory qualities can help relieve pain as well.

Rosemary
Eases pain and inflammation.
Precaution and safety: Avoid during pregnancy. Not to be used by epileptics. Non-toxic, non-irritant, non-sensitizing.
Peppermint
Contains menthol which has a cooling effect on sore. Peppermint is also an analgesic, antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory.

Marjoram
Relaxes muscle spasms and tension and it is known for easing pain and inflammation.

Niaouli
Protects and restores the skin.

Patchouli
Reduces the look of scarring, blemishes, and bruising and moisturize chapped skin.

Chamomile Roman
Can speed the rate of healing by helping your skin regenerate fresh tissue.

Essential Oils Dilution Guide
If you want to use the essential oil on your skin, it is important you dilute the oil properly. Remember few drops of essential oil go a long way. For better absorption it is best to apply the essential oils on a clean skin free of sebum.
For infants: 1 drop of essential oil to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil.
For children: 1 to 2 drops of essential oil to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil.
For adults: 3 to 6 drops of essential oil to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil.
Results may be different from person to another.
