At Canyon Zen we created this blend to help you with your morning. Imagine be in an herbal garden in the early morning when the sun rises and the scent is all around you, waking gently your senses. This is what this blend is all about and getting your ready for the day ahead. Rosemary

• Might help with the following: reduce stress, boost mental clarity, relieves fatigue, improves alertness.

• Precaution and safety: Avoid during pregnancy. Not to be used by epileptics. Non-toxic, non-irritant, non-sensitizing.

Basil

• Might help with the following: exhaustion, clarify, calm, energize and uplift the mind, headaches and respiratory issue. Not appropriate for those with epilepsy.

• Precaution and safety: May cause irritation on highly sensitive skins. Avoid use in baths and showers. Always dilute before use. Avoid during pregnancy and while breast feeding.

Pepper Black

• Might help with the following: reduces anxiety, purify the air, stimulate and clear the mind.

• Precaution and safety: May cause irritation on highly sensitive skins. Non-toxic, non-sensitizing.

Peppermint

• Might help with the following: mental fatigue, cough, energize, respiratory issue, allergy, clean the air.

• Precaution and safety: Avoid during pregnancy and breast feeding. Non-toxic, non-irritant and possible sensitization due to menthol.

Oregano

• Might help with the following: purify the air, allergies and inflammation, cough and cold symptoms.

• Precaution and safety: Dermal toxin, skin irritant, mucous membrane irritant. Avoid during pregnancy.
