This is a beautiful essential oil diffuser with the design of an owl. The necklace works in two parts; the top where 3 fiber pads are stored, and the bottom is the tank where you pour the essential oil. The lid of the tank has a hole, and you flip the necklace upside down to allow the oil to be absorbed by the fiber pads.
