Orange Sweet

• Might help with the following: reduces stress and anxiety.

• Precaution and safety: Non-toxic, non-irritant, non-sensitizing. Cold pressed oil is not phototoxic unlike the steam distilled oil.

Nutmeg

• Might help with the following: help with respiratory problems, improves cognition function.

• Precaution and safety: Non-toxic, non-irritant, non-sensitizing. Avoid during pregnancy and while breast feeding.

Clove

• Might help with the following: relieve stress, help with respiratory issue.

• Precaution and safety: Avoid during pregnancy. Clove oil can cause skin and mucous membrane irritation. Avoid prolonged use.

Cinnamon Leaf

• Might help with the following: reduce stress, fight off infections.

• Precaution and safety: Best avoided if using multiple medications or anticoagulants. Avoid while pregnant and breast feeding.
