Canyon Zen’s Comfort and Joy synergy blend have a scent of apple from Chamomile Roman, spicy from Cinnamon and Clove and sweet from the Sweet Fennel. The blend has little Fennel and you cannot notice the scent of licorice, you will notice however a scent of sweet.  

Ingredients

• Chamomile Roman, Organic Clove, Organic Cinnamon and Organic Fennel.

Chamomile Roman

• Might help alleviate the following: muscular spams and contractions, rheumatism, menstrual cramp, rashes, acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin irritation, inflammatory skin infection, sunburn, dental and teething problems, insect bites and stings, insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, depression, stress-related conditions, headaches, migraines, allergies.

• Precaution and safety: Non-toxic, non-irritant; can cause dermatitis (inflammation of the skin) in some individuals.

Clove

• Might help with the following: relieve stress, help with respiratory issue.

• Precaution and safety: Avoid during pregnancy. Clove oil can cause skin and mucous membrane irritation. Avoid prolonged use.

Cinnamon

• Might help with the following: reduce stress, fight off infections.

• Precaution and safety: Best avoided if using multiple medications or anticoagulants. Avoid while pregnant and breast feeding.  

Fennel

• Might help alleviate digestive disorders, colic, dyspepsia, gastrointestinal spasm, flatulence, nausea, constipation, abdominal spasm, menstrual problems, menstrual cramps, premenstrual syndrome, infertility, endometriosis, menopausal symptoms, detoxifying, cellulite, fluid retentions, heavy legs, bronchitis, respiratory conditions, parasitic infection.

• Precaution and safety: Avoid by epileptic person. Avoid during pregnancy and while breast feeding. Avoid if using multiple medications. Use in moderation.
